  • Led the Cyber Security strategy, implementing “defense in depth” processes and infrastructure – resulting in no impact to the corporation in the last 18 months during various malware outbreaks. 

  • Finalized and implemented Brand Site consolidation strategy in the Azure cloud (reducing more than 200 customer facing sites to less than 50), allowing e-commerce engine to be more effective and efficient.

  • Transfer pre-defined business objects and business process. Completed the first of Office 365 moves with the implementation of the global exchange environment, Yammer social media, and Office 2016 in the cloud.

Challenges at start: The Corporation had little or no investment in infrastructure for the previous 10 years. 80% of the infrastructure (Network, Servers, and Telecommunications) was 8+ years old. Majority of the OS & Databases were at n-5/6, no longer supported by the OEMs. With more than 100 large and medium sites globally, there were daily outages of the basic IT services. There were no documented operational processes, missing Governance and non-existence operational tools.

  • Performed SD/ LE and EDI, client copy, remote client copy, charm, User export and User deletion.

  • Supported and administrated the alert management and notification software Alarm Point.

Implemented for the efficient and secure operation of the SAP R/3 SD/LE and EDI, environment. in 2 years, delivering closely with other APO Basis dual stack system and UNIX team members to optimize performance and troubleshoot problems. Reduced the application count from 238 legacy applications to 78 by 2012, converging the legacy environment into standardized applications/infrastructure platforms.

  • Simplified Through the use of performance monitoring tools, worked with application developers to identify and correct inefficient data base operations. replacing 100’s of spreadsheets and reducing compensation planning cycle time to 4 days from 6 weeks. 

  • Consolidated 18 existing Learning Management Systems (LMS) by implementing a global Oracle based LMS tool for all blue- and white-collar workers’ to deliver training/learning history, to accommodate all employee’s learning, compliance, certifications, and other mandatory training requirements.
